Current conditions are updated every 15 minutes. Hourly forecasts are refreshed every hour, and daily forecasts are updated multiple times per day as new data becomes available.

What is the source of your weather data?

We use data from Environment and Climate Change Canada (ECCC), the Open-Meteo API, and various meteorological observation networks across Canada.

Do you offer a mobile app?

Our website is fully mobile-responsive and works seamlessly on all devices. We also offer a Progressive Web App (PWA) that can be installed on your device for an app-like experience.

Is the service free?

Yes! Canada Weather is completely free to use with no registration required, no subscriptions, and no hidden fees.

Can I use your weather data for my project?

For commercial use or API access, please contact us at business@canadaweather.ca to discuss licensing options.

How accurate are your forecasts?

Our 24-hour forecasts have a 90%+ accuracy rate for temperature and precipitation. Accuracy decreases slightly for longer-range forecasts, which is normal for all weather services.

Do you provide historical weather data?

Currently, we focus on current conditions and future forecasts. For historical data, we recommend contacting Environment and Climate Change Canada.

Can I embed your weather widget on my website?
